Current Open Positions:
1. Senior Itinerary Planner
Responsibilities:
Develop and design bespoke itineraries for individual and group travel, catering to diverse client needs and preferences.
Conduct thorough research on destinations, attractions, activities, and local providers.
Negotiate rates and contracts with hotels, tour operators, and other service providers.
Prepare detailed travel documents, including itineraries, maps, and booking confirmations.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly and effectively to client inquiries.
Stay up-to-date on current travel trends and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in tourism, hospitality, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in travel planning or a related field.
Proven ability to create detailed and engaging itineraries.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in English and Italian (both written and spoken) is essential.
Knowledge of various Italian regions and their unique offerings is a plus.
2. Junior Itinerary Planner
Responsibilities:
Assist senior itinerary planners in developing and designing bespoke itineraries.
Conduct research on destinations, attractions, and activities.
Prepare travel documents and booking confirmations.
Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Learn about various Italian regions and their unique offerings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in tourism, hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong interest in Italian culture and travel.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in English and Italian (both written and spoken) is a plus.
Willingness to learn and contribute to a team environment.
3. Marketing & Social Media Manager
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create engaging content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
Manage social media accounts and respond to inquiries.
Collaborate with the team to create marketing materials, including brochures and website content.
Track and analyze social media performance and provide reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in social media marketing.
Strong understanding of social media best practices and algorithms.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Experience with social media analytics tools.
Passion for travel and Italian culture is a plus.
